Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in service sales, industrial sales, or B2B solution selling environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets across orders, revenue, and margin in structured sales organizations.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, and forecasting processes with high accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of installed base management, service contracts, or lifecycle service models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use market and customer data to drive sales strategy.
  • Ability to work independently in a territory-based, target-driven environment with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities to achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets across assigned accounts.
  • Execute strategic account plans to expand service penetration, increase share of wallet, and build recurring revenue streams.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into value-based service offerings, including maintenance, lifecycle services, and modernization solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to position service solutions as critical to operational reliability and performance.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting system to ensure visibility and consistency in business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to refine sales strategies and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Support contract negotiations and promote long-term service agreements and installed base growth initiatives.
