- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pricing, licensing, and contract-related discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build credibility with business leaders, procurement teams, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, challenges, objectives, and success metrics.
- Translate business requirements into tailored solution recommendations that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that showcase real-world use cases and business value.
- Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle by influencing deal strategy, articulating value propositions, and helping advance opportunities toward closure.
- Drive growth initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding adoption of strategic product offerings.
- Provide guidance on solution positioning, competitive differentiation, pricing discussions, licensing models, and objection handling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by sharing product best practices, workflow recommendations, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, support, and sales teams to improve customer experiences, increase win rates, and strengthen market positioning.
- Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by developing reusable assets, demo narratives, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Maintain visibility into sales opportunities, pipeline progression, and forecast contributions through effective CRM management and reporting.
