Requirements

  • 3+ years experience running outbound campaigns at a B2B SaaS, agency, or consulting firm.
  • Proficiency with outbound tools: Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sequence tools like Smartlead/Instantly/Outreach.
  • Strong copywriting skills for cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understanding of deliverability fundamentals, domain warm-up, and list hygiene.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic spreadsheet or SQL fluency.
  • Experience using AI tools to scale personalization and research.
  • Ability to work self-managed and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine ICPs within banking and healthcare sectors.
  • Manage outbound stack (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for data enrichment.
  • Write, launch, and iterate on cold email and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Perform A/B testing on copy, subject lines, and cadences.
  • Implement real-time reporting metrics for the team.
  • Ensure clean handoff of leads and booked meetings to sales.
  • Identify and engage potential channel partners.
