Requirements
- 3+ years experience running outbound campaigns at a B2B SaaS, agency, or consulting firm.
- Proficiency with outbound tools: Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sequence tools like Smartlead/Instantly/Outreach.
- Strong copywriting skills for cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understanding of deliverability fundamentals, domain warm-up, and list hygiene.
- Data-driven mindset with basic spreadsheet or SQL fluency.
- Experience using AI tools to scale personalization and research.
- Ability to work self-managed and independently.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine ICPs within banking and healthcare sectors.
- Manage outbound stack (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for data enrichment.
- Write, launch, and iterate on cold email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Perform A/B testing on copy, subject lines, and cadences.
- Implement real-time reporting metrics for the team.
- Ensure clean handoff of leads and booked meetings to sales.
- Identify and engage potential channel partners.
