Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data & analytics, specifically in a role supporting paid media channels
- Hands-on experience with digital channels, app-based acquisition, and MMP platforms strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to business stakeholders
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product)
- Strong project management
- Advanced SQL
- Tableau (strongly preferred) or similar BI tool
- Excel
- Python (preferred for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis)
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports
- Automate recurring reporting & operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Support the management and QA for marketing data pipelines across paid channels
- Monitor day-to-day performance across acquisition channels, surfacing insights to marketing team stakeholders
- Support channel leaders in implementing incrementality tests and strategies
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support media buying decisions with data-driven insights and recommendations
