Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the tech sector.
- Experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of outbound activity and lead generation.
- Ability to build high-quality pitch decks.
- Skill in simplifying complex processes into partner-facing guides.
- Familiarity with Payments or Workforce Management landscapes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build target lists of WFM platforms and payment providers.
- Own full-cycle outreach from prospecting to closing.
- Tailor the Payoneer value proposition for WFM and payment stakeholders.
- Lead partner onboarding from signed to active status.
- Guide partners through technical and operational hurdles including KYC and integration.
- Create enablement materials such as decks, collateral, and playbooks.
- Equip regional account managers with tools to support partners.
- Conduct performance governance via MBRs and QBRs against growth targets.
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for partner sales teams.
