Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of finance experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- 2+ years of experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
- 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives.
- MBA in Finance or MS in Financial Analysis (bonus).
- Experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance (bonus).
- Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery (bonus).
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Adaptive (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Craft recommendations using a data-driven approach for senior executives to make pricing decisions.
- Support build of models and tooling that produce relevant business insights.
- Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales teams to develop portfolio strategy.
- Identify and research profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights.
- Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs.
- Monitor important metrics and identify latest trends around the ACA landscape.
- Report intra-year membership analytics to leadership.
