Requirements
- Strong FP&A and analytical fundamentals
- Experience in forecasting, headcount planning, variance analysis, and OPEX management
- Experience supporting go-to-market organizations
- Proficiency in SQL for pulling, validating, and analyzing raw data
- Ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes
- Experience building spreadsheets, models, dashboards, and presentations
- Strong communication skills for partnering with cross-functional leadership
- Strong judgment in using AI tools for analysis without compromising data integrity
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Owning core FP&A planning and operating rhythms
- Owning headcount forecasting and hiring budget tracking
- Managing departmental budgeting, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual analysis
- Monitoring operating budgets and driving ROI-focused stakeholder actions
- Building financial models, spreadsheets, and recurring reporting
- Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting
- Owning the design, administration, and calculation of commission and incentive plans
- Building reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
- Using AI tools to improve speed and quality of analysis
- Independently pulling and validating data using SQL
