Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Prior experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Proven track record of prospecting into large or complex organizations.
  • Experience booking meetings with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating large organizations.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling.
  • Web/tech savvy with an aptitude to learn new SaaS products.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn to source contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead opportunities via inbound and outbound phone calls and digital communications.
  • Utilize tools such as email, social media, and Salesloft to introduce products and services.
  • Drive demos and appointments to support Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales lead quotas.
  • Update activities and data within CRM.
  • Learn and apply solution-based selling using a consultative prospecting approach.
  • Maintain expected call volumes and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Attain KPIs to improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win ratios.
