Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or healthcare.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Experience using CRM and Marketing systems (e.g: Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
- Proven hunting skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline development primarily through proactive outbound calling.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify Partial Health Systems.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts to expand service line adoption.
- Respond to and follow up on inbound leads as a secondary channel.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and Marketing systems.
- Collaborate with BDR team lead, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
