Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or healthcare.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Experience using CRM and Marketing systems (e.g: Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
  • Proven hunting skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline development primarily through proactive outbound calling.
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify Partial Health Systems.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts to expand service line adoption.
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads as a secondary channel.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and Marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with BDR team lead, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
