Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3 years of experience working as a SaaS business or sales development representative.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo.
  • Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling.
  • Passion for team collaboration.
  • Client-first mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads.
  • Perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged.
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts.
  • Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Use prospecting tools to uncover new opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the financial technology industry and competitive landscape.
