Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data operations, master data management, digital operations, or business transformation
- Experience with SQL and/or Python programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience following and contributing to SOPs, quality frameworks, or operational workflows
- Ability to identify patterns in data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience working in cross-functional or distributed team environments
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and quality assurance practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve company and contact data conflicts, duplicates, and exceptions
- Analyze data quality trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Execute and maintain SOPs for entity creation, updates, merges, and conflict resolution
- Partner with offshore teams to coordinate task execution and provide guidance
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking data quality KPIs
- Own and maintain data standards, classification rules, and taxonomy definitions
- Evaluate automation outputs and flag anomalies
- Respond to internal and client-facing inquiries regarding data accuracy
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sourcing to execute CEM roadmap priorities
