Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
- Prior knowledge or entry-level experience in data analysis, customer support, or technical operations.
Responsibilities
- Leading alignment meetings and managing day-to-day client demands.
- Configuring platform triggers and monitoring system settings.
- Triaging and validating threat tickets, including Deep/Dark Web searches.
- Supporting clients with platform navigation and product inquiries.
- Managing client-internal platforms to streamline operational demands.
- Preparing and delivering custom data reports and performance insights.
- Collecting client feedback to drive continuous workflow improvements.
- Analyzing client Health Scores and proposing strategic improvements.
