Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Prior knowledge or entry-level experience in data analysis, customer support, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading alignment meetings and managing day-to-day client demands.
  • Configuring platform triggers and monitoring system settings.
  • Triaging and validating threat tickets, including Deep/Dark Web searches.
  • Supporting clients with platform navigation and product inquiries.
  • Managing client-internal platforms to streamline operational demands.
  • Preparing and delivering custom data reports and performance insights.
  • Collecting client feedback to drive continuous workflow improvements.
  • Analyzing client Health Scores and proposing strategic improvements.
