Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in capital/liquidity management and balance sheet management
- Strong expertise in capital structure, asset liability management, and asset risk assessment
- Knowledge of broker-dealer regulatory capital requirements
- Experience in capital budgeting, forecasting, and stress testing
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with AI adoption for financial modeling or data analytics
Responsibilities
- Own capital and liquidity management across material legal entities
- Drive capital allocation strategy and asset risk assessment
- Maintain and monitor internal and external capital requirement ratios
- Enhance balance sheet, funding, and capital/liquidity policies
- Act as a subject matter expert on Treasury modeling and stress testing
- Provide thought leadership on AI applications in Treasury functions
- Collaborate with FP&A, legal, and compliance as a trusted advisor
- Support the Director in leading and developing the team
