Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management-related field or 3+ years progressive management experience in a service industry
- Excellent French and English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Google applications (docs, sheets, calendar, drive)
- Ability to travel via car and airplane
- Strong project execution and time management skills
- Experience in virtual meeting facilitation
- Proven track-record in negotiation
- Financial knowledge and business acumen
- Strategic sales or account management experience preferred
- Experience in foodservice, grocery, convenience, or QSR industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio with individual annual revenues below $100K
- Establish consultative relationships with franchise and corporate key personnel
- Coordinate vertical teams including Specialists and technical resources
- Assess company performance on quality, calibration, and SLAs
- Meet assigned targets for growth, profitability, and A/R
- Execute contract renewals and price increase terms
- Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
