Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona.
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy treatment approaches (CBT, narrative therapy, etc.).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to obtain cross-state licensure as business needs require.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Open-mindedness and desire to learn from interdisciplinary colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across neurological, sensorimotor, communication, and behavior therapies.
- Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
- Comply with clinic policies and all state/federal laws and licensing board regulations.
- Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and mandated reporting compliance.
- Adhere to organizational standards and policies.
