Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Knowledge of cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure wrap-around support.
- Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
- Comply with state, federal, and licensing board laws and regulations.
- Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Maintain knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
