Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona
- Knowledge of various empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children
- Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Play Therapy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families to ensure wrap-around support
- Participate in family care meetings with other providers
- Comply with clinic policies and all state, federal, and licensing board regulations
- Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards
