Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
- Experience handling high-volume HR transactions and end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, with Workday experience considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data administration, and service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality HR transactional and data administration support across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage HR service requests through case management systems.
- Execute end-to-end HR operational processes including hire-to-retire activities.
- Monitor workload allocation and ensure requests are completed within defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
- Collaborate with HR teams and global stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.
- Contribute to reporting and metrics tracking.
