Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
  • Experience handling high-volume HR transactions and end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, with Workday experience considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data administration, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality HR transactional and data administration support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage HR service requests through case management systems.
  • Execute end-to-end HR operational processes including hire-to-retire activities.
  • Monitor workload allocation and ensure requests are completed within defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and global stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Contribute to reporting and metrics tracking.
