Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or client-facing service roles.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
- Familiarity with case management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Tier 1 HR queries and transactional requests.
- Maintain and update employee lifecycle data in HR systems such as Workday.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle employee benefits and leave-related transactions.
- Manage HR queries through case management tools.
- Identify and escalate complex issues.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and service quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
