Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or client-facing service roles.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
  • Familiarity with case management tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Tier 1 HR queries and transactional requests.
  • Maintain and update employee lifecycle data in HR systems such as Workday.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Handle employee benefits and leave-related transactions.
  • Manage HR queries through case management tools.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and service quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
