Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support by triaging, resolving, or escalating global HR system tickets
  • Perform HR system maintenance including data corrections and mass uploads
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
  • Support testing of Workday enhancements and releases
  • Assist in resolving interface and integration issues
  • Execute system updates such as organisational structures and cost centres
  • Generate, maintain, and analyse HR reports
  • Support HR and Payroll audits
  • Deliver user guidance, training, and support documentation
