Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience working with Workday or similar HRIS/HCM systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows

- Ability to navigate complex systems and data structures

- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support by triaging, resolving, or escalating global HR system tickets
- Perform HR system maintenance including data corrections and mass uploads
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
- Support testing of Workday enhancements and releases
- Assist in resolving interface and integration issues
- Execute system updates such as organisational structures and cost centres
- Generate, maintain, and analyse HR reports
- Support HR and Payroll audits
- Deliver user guidance, training, and support documentation
