Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of HR operations or shared services experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing HR transactions and employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes including hire-to-retire lifecycle support.
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strict SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global, and time-sensitive operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely HR transactional and data administration support across hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes within a shared services environment.
  • Manage HR cases using ticketing and case management systems while ensuring SLA and KPI targets are consistently met.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS platforms, including Workday, ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Support process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements to HR service delivery.
  • Prioritize and execute daily workload in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and global stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, data protection standards, and continuous improvement frameworks such as CORE principles.
