- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems.
- Minimum 2 years of technical Workday experience.
- Experience in supporting a global ticketing system.
- Ability to work with a multi-location, multicultural global team.
- Experience in Workday reporting and integration support.
- Experience in Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
- Experience in Workday Docs.
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and explaining design/development requirements.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work independently on technically advanced configuration projects.
- Clearly communicate project status and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop end to end test scripts and plan configurations for a large technical ecosystem.
- Support a global ticketing system, addressing troubleshooting and PX requests.
- Assist with testing of new Workday functionality and regular release updates.
- Replicate and verify issues, escalating to People Systems SMEs.
- Serve as project owner for new initiatives, including data loads and configuration.
