Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel with VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with structured datasets: DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, McKesson.
- Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to clients.
- Experience working with people in different time-zones.
- Detail orientation and quality consciousness.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets, or Analytics consulting (preferred).
- Modeling capabilities in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
- Master’s degree or MBA/PGDM (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support client business processes and operations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and pipelines.
- Utilize Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
- Implement process improvements and collaborate with team leads.
- Perform quality checks and validations on all deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-timezone stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Test new or updated operational procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks and client deliverables simultaneously.
