Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance and FP&A experience, ideally within a large multinational or publicly traded organization.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business trends.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and expert-level Excel proficiency.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate financial insights clearly to executive audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with experience driving cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate FP&A, including consolidation of global financial results and coordination across business units and regional finance teams.
- Own annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range (3-year) strategic financial planning processes.
- Analyze revenue, operating income, and working capital trends, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Lead monthly business performance reviews and executive reporting, including materials for senior leadership and executive committees.
- Oversee financial systems and business intelligence capabilities to improve reporting accuracy and decision support tools.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and advanced financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Support M&A analysis, integration planning, and special financial projects, including scenario modeling and investment evaluations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Controllership and business leaders to ensure financial alignment and operational effectiveness.
