Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT, architecture, or related technology leadership roles
- Proven experience leading or directing enterprise architecture functions within complex organizations
- Strong expertise in one or more architecture domains such as AI, data, applications, or infrastructure
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, strategic guidance for executive audiences
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology decisions to financial and organizational outcomes
- Demonstrated credibility and executive presence with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in global, matrixed environments
- Willingness to travel up to 25% when required
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish forward-looking research, insights, and best practices in enterprise architecture and related technology domains
- Analyze market trends, technology shifts, and enterprise challenges to generate actionable guidance for CIOs and executive stakeholders
- Deliver presentations, briefings, and advisory sessions to clients, prospects, and industry audiences in both virtual and in-person settings
- Contribute to shaping research direction by bringing independent, provocative perspectives to internal research discussions
- Review and ensure quality of peer research content while supporting continuous improvement of research methodologies
- Engage with clients regularly to provide strategic, executive-level advice aligned to their architecture and transformation priorities
- Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to capability building within the broader research community
- Collaborate across global teams to enhance research outputs and ensure consistency of frameworks and insights
