Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience using TypeScript, React, and modern backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in at least one systems language such as Golang or C#.
- Experience in building scalable backend services.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL), and distributed system design principles.
- Experience with frontend development using React and styling frameworks such as TailwindCSS.
- Ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into clean, maintainable, and production-ready features.
- Strong communication skills for remote, globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker/Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with financial or trading systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of features across frontend and backend systems.
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, API design, and system improvements.
- Support integrations with databases, financial systems, and external services.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
