Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS product, growth, or general management roles with ownership of business-level outcomes.
- Proven track record of leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for revenue, retention, and profitability.
- Strong expertise in product-led growth (PLG) and subscription-based SaaS business models.
- Demonstrated success working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Data, and Customer functions in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and strategy.
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders through clarity, structure, and strong communication.
- Experience setting strategy and driving execution in environments without direct managerial authority over all contributors.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to bring structure, focus, and alignment in ambiguous contexts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full business performance of the product, including revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability, ensuring accountability for end-to-end outcomes.
- Define and evolve product-led growth strategy across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion in partnership with cross-functional leaders.
- Align and coordinate Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support teams around clear priorities and execution plans.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making, including trade-offs and prioritization, without direct line management authority.
- Partner with insights and analytics teams to set targets, monitor performance, and continuously refine strategy based on data.
- Ensure alignment with broader portfolio and payments strategies while maintaining strong product autonomy where needed.
- Communicate business performance, risks, and opportunities clearly and consistently to senior leadership.
