  • Strong understanding of VIP or high-value customer relationship management
  • Experience in sales, retention, or customer engagement-driven roles
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with strong phone, written, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with professionalism, discretion, and resilience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and attend events across Canada and the United States

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with VIP and high-value players
  • Monitor player activity, preferences, and behavior to deliver tailored promotions, rewards, and hospitality offerings
  • Drive engagement and retention through proactive communication, reactivation campaigns, and personalized outreach
  • Coordinate VIP events, hospitality experiences, and off-site activations
  • Use reporting and analytics to track performance and support data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance
  • Support and guide junior team members
