Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in gaming, online casino, sports betting, luxury customer service, or account management
- Strong understanding of VIP or high-value customer relationship management
- Experience in sales, retention, or customer engagement-driven roles
- Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone, written, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with professionalism, discretion, and resilience
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and attend events across Canada and the United States
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with VIP and high-value players
- Monitor player activity, preferences, and behavior to deliver tailored promotions, rewards, and hospitality offerings
- Drive engagement and retention through proactive communication, reactivation campaigns, and personalized outreach
- Coordinate VIP events, hospitality experiences, and off-site activations
- Use reporting and analytics to track performance and support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance
- Support and guide junior team members
