  • Mandatory experience managing teams across APAC.
  • Expertise in inbound sales, outbound sales, and customer success.
  • Understanding of digital-first sales models and performance analytics.
  • Ability to design and execute regional growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales and Customer Success teams across APAC.
  • Own inbound sales performance across chat and phone channels.
  • Drive outbound sales motions across leads, RFIs, and MQLs.
  • Oversee customer success outcomes including retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Develop and execute regional APAC strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams.
