Requirements

  • 4–12 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and market challenges to provide effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end account servicing, including project planning, execution, delivery, and post-delivery support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, operations, strategy, product, and delivery to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards while proactively addressing risks and escalations.
  • Develop account growth strategies by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Present reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Support business development initiatives by participating in client presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions.
