Requirements
- 4–12 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and market challenges to provide effective solutions and recommendations.
- Manage end-to-end account servicing, including project planning, execution, delivery, and post-delivery support.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, operations, strategy, product, and delivery to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards while proactively addressing risks and escalations.
- Develop account growth strategies by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Present reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Support business development initiatives by participating in client presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions.
