Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within educational technology or EdTech
- Proven experience in sales leadership, mentoring, or team management
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape
- Direct classroom or teaching experience is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with web-based or SaaS products
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market conditions and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2–3 educational sales consultants to achieve performance targets
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline within a defined territory while meeting individual revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs within the K-12 education sector
- Track, forecast, and manage sales performance metrics
- Provide coaching and guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and engagement strategies
- Travel extensively (75–80%) to engage with clients
