Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within educational technology or EdTech
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, mentoring, or team management
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape
  • Direct classroom or teaching experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with web-based or SaaS products
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Strong organizational and forecasting skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market conditions and revenue goals
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2–3 educational sales consultants to achieve performance targets
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline within a defined territory while meeting individual revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs within the K-12 education sector
  • Track, forecast, and manage sales performance metrics
  • Provide coaching and guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and engagement strategies
  • Travel extensively (75–80%) to engage with clients
