Requirements

  • Extensive experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or equivalent.
  • 2–3+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing operations teams.
  • Proven track record building GTM systems, processes, and frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, CPQ tools, routing systems, compensation platforms).
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational challenges.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the multi-quarter strategy for Go-To-Market Operational Excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across GTM, RevOps, Systems, Data, Product, and Finance.
  • Design and oversee AI-enabled operational systems and automation workflows.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to drive permanent, scalable operational solutions.
  • Own enterprise change management frameworks for GTM processes.
  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs including cost-to-serve, MTTR, and efficiency metrics.
  • Lead post-incident reviews to drive preventive infrastructure enhancements.
