Requirements
- Extensive experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or equivalent.
- 2–3+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing operations teams.
- Proven track record building GTM systems, processes, and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, CPQ tools, routing systems, compensation platforms).
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational challenges.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-quarter strategy for Go-To-Market Operational Excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across GTM, RevOps, Systems, Data, Product, and Finance.
- Design and oversee AI-enabled operational systems and automation workflows.
- Conduct root-cause analyses to drive permanent, scalable operational solutions.
- Own enterprise change management frameworks for GTM processes.
- Define and monitor key operational KPIs including cost-to-serve, MTTR, and efficiency metrics.
- Lead post-incident reviews to drive preventive infrastructure enhancements.
