Requirements
- 3–5 years of programmatic ad buying experience.
- Experience with mobile in-app DSP preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Knowledge of postback flows, fraud detection, and reporting tools.
- Comfortable building and modifying SQL queries, including joins, CTEs, and window functions.
- Familiarity with BI tools.
- Familiarity with AI is a must.
- Nice-to-have: Python/pandas experience for ad-hoc analyses and automation.
- Nice-to-have: CTV/OTT programmatic buying experience.
- Strong written analysis and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Client-facing confidence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple advertisers to hit KPI targets like CPA, ROAS, and retention.
- Develop audience targeting and supply-side optimization strategies including bid shading and dayparting across formats like banner, video, native, and CTV.
- Build and execute testing roadmaps for optimization models, bids, budgets, and creatives.
- Manage pacing, budget allocation, and risk across an account book to mitigate under-delivery.
- Analyze mobile attribution dynamics including postback flows, attribution windows, and iOS privacy frameworks.
- Champion process improvements and author tools or queries to mentor junior staff.
- Write production-grade SQL queries and utilize Python/pandas or AI to diagnose log-level data.
- Leverage LLMs to automate recurring analyses, create data briefs, and draft experiments.
- Partner with CSM, Sales, DS/DA, and Product teams to influence growth plans and tool development.
