Requirements

  • 1–3 years of programmatic ad buying, ad operations, or adjacent adtech experience.
  • Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Strong understanding of attribution concepts and postback flows.
  • Analytical mindset with basic SQL ability or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Curiosity about AI and LLMs with excitement to use them in daily workflows.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimization across a set of advertisers while monitoring KPI targets like CPA, ROAS, and retention.
  • Execute supply-side and audience optimization tactics including publisher management, bid adjustments, and dayparting across formats.
  • Run A/B tests on bids, budgets, and creatives while documenting results to contribute to the Trading Playbook.
  • Monitor daily pacing and budget allocation to proactively flag risks.
  • Analyze campaign data using SQL and leverage LLMs for performance diagnostics and data briefs.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to understand client goals and support client-facing deliverables.
