- 5+ years in field, regional, demand generation, or event marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience building or leading marketing teams in fast-growing technology companies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity buyers and GTM motions.
- Player-coach mindset with the ability to execute and build simultaneously.
- Strong partnership experience with Sales organizations.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, ABM tools, and analytics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Strong bias for action and comfort in evolving environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and scaling of the Americas field marketing organization.
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing field marketing team.
- Lead the existing event marketing function, establishing processes and metrics.
- Own regional marketing strategy including ABM, partner marketing, and executive engagement.
- Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership on territory planning and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute high-impact field programs like events, dinners, and webinars.
- Develop and optimize ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts.
- Manage joint go-to-market initiatives with channel partners.
- Own regional budget allocation and track ROI and pipeline performance.
