  • 5+ years in field, regional, demand generation, or event marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience building or leading marketing teams in fast-growing technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity buyers and GTM motions.
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to execute and build simultaneously.
  • Strong partnership experience with Sales organizations.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, ABM tools, and analytics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regions.
  • Strong bias for action and comfort in evolving environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and scaling of the Americas field marketing organization.
  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing field marketing team.
  • Lead the existing event marketing function, establishing processes and metrics.
  • Own regional marketing strategy including ABM, partner marketing, and executive engagement.
  • Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership on territory planning and revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute high-impact field programs like events, dinners, and webinars.
  • Develop and optimize ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Manage joint go-to-market initiatives with channel partners.
  • Own regional budget allocation and track ROI and pipeline performance.
