Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B account management, healthcare partnerships, or community-based organization engagement.
- Proven ability to influence and build partnerships without financial leverage, particularly in complex healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and how ACOs, CINs, and managed care organizations operate.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across matrixed environments with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to translate healthcare strategy into actionable partnership execution and measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with healthcare CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and EHR referral workflows is a plus.
- Prior exposure to healthcare systems, health plans, or community health organizations strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required, particularly within regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies across healthcare systems, ACOs, CINs, and community organizations.
- Identify and engage senior healthcare stakeholders, including executives responsible for population health, care management, and clinical operations.
- Convert strategic relationships into structured referral pipelines and formalized partnership workflows.
- Manage a portfolio of institutional partners, ensuring strong engagement, operational alignment, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Track partnership performance, referral activity, and operational metrics, and deliver regular business reviews to stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, policy forums, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor regional healthcare trends, including value-based care models and Medicaid-related ecosystem developments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and improve partnership effectiveness.
