Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or tech.
  • Record of negotiating and closing new client sales.
  • Proven track record in pipeline development and proactive strategy.
  • Verified ability to attain quota.
  • Experience gaining access and credibility within the VP-suite.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
