Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or tech.
- Record of negotiating and closing new client sales.
- Proven track record in pipeline development and proactive strategy.
- Verified ability to attain quota.
- Experience gaining access and credibility within the VP-suite.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
