- 5+ years of experience shipping B2B SaaS where AI/ML was core to the product.
- Founder DNA, ability to thrive in chaos, and action-oriented mindset.
- First-principles thinking.
- Ability to architect product strategy and work closely with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-driven SalesTech systems that act autonomously to resolve bottlenecks in deal closures.
- Translate chaotic sales pipelines into elegant, AI-first UX.
- Drive product adoption and design-first mindset.
- Prioritize and launch MVPs quickly, iterating with metric-driven precision.
- Reverse-engineer GTM strategies for new categories.
- Partner directly with engineers to hack prototypes using SQL, Python, or Figma.
