Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Brand Manager, Amazon Account Manager, or similar role within the Amazon FBA ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with established Amazon brands is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management processes and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve SKU-level performance across the brand portfolio.
  • Analyze sales, conversion, traffic, and other key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, content, inventory, and operational initiatives with brand objectives.
  • Conduct listing audits and coordinate content and design optimizations to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, deals, and discount activities to maximize overall brand performance.
  • Develop and test growth hypotheses based on market trends, customer behavior, and performance data.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights on product and brand performance.
  • Work closely with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure alignment between sales performance and stock availability.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and category developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support ongoing brand growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
