- Demonstrated success leveraging industry trends for audience growth.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience establishing social listening programs.
- Experience with analytics tools and performance measurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage a cutting-edge social media strategy for a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) company to drive brand awareness, community building, and lead generation.
- Oversee community management and growth on LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Establish and curate a social media content calendar.
- Ideate, produce, and publish written and multimedia content (graphics, videos).
- Develop and drive an executive thought leadership program.
- Implement a social search optimization (SSO) process.
- Establish a social listening program to monitor competitor and category conversations.
- Establish a performance measurement, reporting, and optimization process.
