Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • Proven abilities to perform document version control in Word and Google platforms.
  • Experience working in a contracts administration support role.
  • Knowledge of standard service level contract terms and templates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Google applications.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update central database of contractual annual increase terms and customer contact info.
  • Send monthly increase notification alerts to Operators.
  • Perform routine follow-up status tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate quarterly contractual term reminders to internal Operators.
  • Perform data entry in Salesforce and Google Applications for contract maintenance.
  • Assist Sales and Operations teams with edits to contract templates.
  • Perform daily administrative functions including scanning, distribution, and filing.
  • Compile contractual purchasing reports for Strategic Sourcing VP.
