Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant Sales Business Operations or Sales Finance or Business Strategy experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding and experience in GTM strategies and annual fiscal planning
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in SFDC, advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs for Global Partner Ecosystem Org
  • Collaborate with channel sales leadership to drive strategic initiatives in alignment with global GTM and corporate strategy
  • Lead and coordinate EMEA channel sales GTM planning, including quota, territory, and headcount management
  • Support alignment and partnership with the Senior Director of Sales Operations
  • Provide data-driven insights to Sales Leadership and identify and manage operational and system/CRM productivity improvements
