Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals ($250k+ ARR).
- Experience with 6–12+ month sales cycles.
- Experience selling into procurement, supply chain, or data management.
- Proficiency with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and executive-level engagement skills.
- Highly self-motivated and accountable.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for new business opportunities.
- Develop deep understanding of HICX’s platform and value proposition.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
- Drive prospecting and partner with BDRs to generate qualified opportunities.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver product demonstrations and business cases.
- Lead deal orchestration including scoping, pricing, and negotiation.
- Maintain forecasting and CRM excellence.
- Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns.
- Represent HICX with a customer-first mindset.
