Job Details

Experience: 6–12 years

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
6–12 years of legal experience.
Experience with technology transactions, commercial contracts, and SaaS agreements.
Experience supporting M&A transactions (due diligence, execution, integration).
Knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and data protection matters.
Experience advising on employment-related matters and compliance.
Strong understanding of SaaS/technology business operations.
Proficiency with AI tools and legal technology platforms for workflow automation.
Ability to communicate complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
Proven ability to operate with autonomy and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage technology transactions and commercial contracts such as MSAs, SaaS Order Forms, and DPAs.
Lead complex negotiations with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Leverage AI and legal technology to drive efficiency in contract lifecycle management and document review.
Partner with business stakeholders on deal structuring, risk allocation, and go-to-market legal requirements.
Provide counsel on privacy and data protection, IP strategy, M&A transactions, employment matters, and procurement.
Oversee and manage Legal Operations and ESG team members as the department scales.
