Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience negotiating enterprise software agreements, including software license and SaaS agreements.
- Experience working with or supporting sales teams in negotiating customer and partner agreements.
- Familiarity with enterprise software licensing models.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work independently.
- Active membership in a relevant Bar association.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise software license agreements, cloud services agreements, and professional services agreements.
- Negotiate reseller, VAR, OEM, and other channel partner agreements.
- Support sales and commercial teams in negotiating customer and partner agreements.
- Advise business stakeholders on contract structure, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy.
- Manage multiple concurrent negotiations in a high-volume commercial environment.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and product teams to resolve commercial issues.
- Assist with commercial disputes and escalations.
