Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • 8+ years of comparable clinical project management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Oncology/Hematology therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles (Time, Quality, Cost).
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources.
  • Demonstrated technical competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CTMS systems.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and prioritize workloads in a frequently changing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
  • Drive and own the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, managing time, cost, and quality.
  • Manage financial stewardship, including contract understanding, budget resource alignment, and change order negotiations.
  • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal project delivery.
  • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level using RBQM/RESOLVE methodologies.
  • Ensure project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
