Responsibilities
- Oversight of study CRAs to ensure site compliance with protocol, ICH-GCP, and regulations
- Perform accompanied site visits to aid site/CRA performance
- Develop training materials and study tools including monitoring plans
- Develop and implement enrolment and recruitment strategies
- Support clinical project team by providing oversight of study deliverables
- Proactive management of site and country performance and CTMS updates
- Oversee regional startup and feasibility activities
- Provide project training/mentoring to regional CRAs
- Perform review of visit reports for quality and compliance
