Requirements
- Minimum BSc in a relevant science or health field, or significant equivalent experience.
- Experience in training users of medical devices.
- Ability to provide assistance during surgical procedures.
- Broad knowledge and experience of working in operating theatres, recovery units, and intensive care units.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand scientific publications and machine perfusion technologies (HMP, NRP).
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Good technical and manual dexterity skills.
- Ability to work alone and accept a high degree of responsibility.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Train and support transplant teams in the use of the OrganOx metra.
- Ensure centers and teams remain competent through regular in-person follow-ups.
- Contribute to a 24/7 on-call technical support rota.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships to support adoption.
- Identify and develop technology champions at each customer site.
- Track account performance and clinical progression.
- Maintain customer databases and collect regulatory consent.
- Report product feedback to Quality and Engineering teams.
