Requirements
- Professional training (Fachinformatiker), IT degree, or comparable educational background.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Server and Clients).
- Solid understanding of IT hardware and software environments.
- Knowledge of SQL database technologies.
- Very good German and English language proficiency, written and spoken.
- Availability to work in a shift system.
- Strong service orientation and communication skills.
- High level of social competence and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Linux is desirable.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for warehouse management systems and logistics control software for global customers.
- Serve as a technical contact to receive, analyze, and diagnose customer errors.
- Perform independent troubleshooting via remote maintenance software.
- Document all service cases within the company ticketing system.
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.
