Requirements
- BA/BS degree required (MBA or Masters preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related corporate functions
- Strong preference for combined strategy consulting and in-house experience
- Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience or acumen in using agentic AI tools
- Proven ability in analytical problem solving and synthesis
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Ability to travel 10-20% for meetings and offsites
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings effectively
- Capacity to prioritize work in an agile environment
Responsibilities
- Assess internal and external risk and opportunities to drive business decisions
- Analyze and synthesize data to develop clear recommendations
- Collaborate on the development and execution of the Strategic Plan
- Scope and plan projects, setting goals, objectives, and milestones
- Lead and support projects driving financial and operational performance
- Conduct end-to-end problem solving and develop actionable recommendations
- Leverage agentic AI to enhance analytical speed and robustness
- Create clear and compelling communications for diverse audiences
- Act as a thought partner to senior strategy leadership
- Drive change and improve internal Ways of Working
